Usage of Rice Huller machine (brown rice machine):

1. Use: This machine is mainly used for shelling of rice, and can separate rice husk from the coarse mixture of grain.
 2. Construction: This machine consists of hopper feed switch, fast and slow rubber roller separator, gear box and so on.
 3. Installation: 1. This machine should be installed with the anchor bolts to ensure the level.
        2. The motor switch should be equipped with a knife and the motor should be reliably grounded.
        3. Before starting the gearbox, the ventilation box must be removed. Fill the industrial gear oil of No. 150 or No. 200 (SY172-77S) to the height of the oil standard (about 0.5kg), and then tighten the breathable cap.
Preparations:
        1. The rice to be processed should remove weeds, sandstone, metal and other foreign matter.
        2. Adjust the gap between the rubber rollers. The rolling gap should be about 0.5 to 0.6 mm. First loosen the locking handle, rotate the pitching handwheel clockwise, let the slow roller leave the fast roller, then insert the rolling plate between the fast and slow rollers, rotate the pitching handwheel counterclockwise, and make the slow roller approach the fast roller. When the distance plate is free to be pulled out and rubbed against the rubber roller, the gap is adjusted. Finally, the adjusting handle is pressed with the locking handle.
V. Use:
        1. Start the machine and observe whether there are abnormal friction and collision sounds. If there is any abnormality, stop the machine immediately, turn off the feed switch after idling normally, pour the cleaned rice into the hopper, and slowly start the feed switch, such as Lock the feed switch after adjusting to the appropriate size without abnormality. Safety devices must be installed during use to facilitate personal safety. It is not allowed to reach into the machine to avoid personal injury.
         2. Check the quality of rice shelling and brown rice. The first shelling rate should be about 70%, brown rice is not broken, blackened and so on. If brown rice is found to be broken and black, the pressure regulating spring should be properly loosened to reduce the pressure between the fast and slow rolls. If the shelling rate is less than 60%, the pressure regulating spring should be properly adjusted, but the brown rice should not be broken or blackened.
        3. Check the separation of rice after shelling. Under normal circumstances, the shell content of brown rice should not exceed 2%, and brown rice is not allowed in rice husk. If the shell content is greater than 2%, the air volume of the separator should be increased. If brown rice is blown out in the rice husk, the air volume should be reduced.
        4. When the rubber roller wears half, the fast and slow rollers should be replaced and used. When the rubber roller is exposed, the new rubber roller should be replaced at the same time. When installing the rubber roller, pay attention to the alignment of the two end faces. The gap between the two end faces of the rubber roller and the two rigid plates should be uniform. The clearance between the two ends is 1 to 1.5 mm. After the adjustment, the rubber roller is fastened with screws.
        5. Always check the gearbox oil mark during use. When the lubricating oil is lower than the oil mark, the lubricating oil should be filled to the height of the fuel ticket. Under normal circumstances, the gear box should be cleaned of raw gear oil every six months, kerosene is loaded to the oil standard and then cleaned for 3 minutes before kerosene is refilled. Refill 150 or 200 industrial gear oil (SY172-77S) to the oil mark center line.
     6. The two bearing caps at the rubber roller and the bearing cap at the pulley are inspected once a month and filled with butter. Clean the bearing with gasoline every six months and add new butter.
7. Always check whether the venting hole of the venting cap is blocked. If there is any dirt, it should be unblocked in time to keep the gear box from being properly ventilated.
