This model is composed of feeding device, broken shell whitening device, transmission device, rice bran separation device and frame.

1.Feeding device

It consists of a hopper, a hopper seat, and an inlet insert. The hopper is used to store a certain amount of material, relying on gravity to fall into the peeling chamber, and control the flow of the flow with the inlet insert.

2. Broken shell whitening device

It is mainly composed of a casing, a roller, a body, a rice knife, a rice sieve and the like. The body is fixed on the frame with screws; the box has a sieve holder for supporting the sieve: the casing and the body are linked to form a peeling and whitening device.

3. Roller type chilled iron castings

The special type is fixed on the shaft with a key and two cone nuts. The circumference of the drum is distributed with ribs, the front part is the pusher rib, and the back part is the peeling and whitening rib.

4. Transmission

The main shaft end has a pulley, which transmits power by the belt, and drives the spindle roller and the fan to move.

5. Discharging device

It consists of an outlet nozzle, a discharge port, a fan, and a plug-in board to control the production capacity and accuracy level of the peeling machine.

6. Working principle

When corn, rice, and wheat enter the peeling room from the hopper, they are pushed by the rotation of the pusher ribs and travel toward the exit. In the peeling room, the density between the rice grains increases as the volume of the rice machine is gradually reduced and the resistance of the machine is affected. The extrusion and friction in the machine are correspondingly strengthened. In addition, the roller is continuously rewounded and propelled, and the friction force before the machine parts is used, so that the rice grains are gradually removed, and the removed rice grains and kernels and mink are automatically separated. 


Operation and use:

Corn peeling

It is advisable to use wet peeling for corn peeling. Mix 3-4 kg of water per 100 kg of corn. After 5-6 minutes, the grain surface will be processed without visible water drops. The time is too long. It takes a little longer to run the grain. Adjust the distance between the knife and the rubber roller, preferably 3-5 mm. Then pour into the hopper to start production. During production, the outlet pressure insert plate can be adjusted according to user requirements. When the first pass is taken, the pressure insert plate should be reduced, and the pressure insert plate should be increased in the second pass, and finally achieve the required purpose. The horny corn is removed once and the hybrid corn needs to be removed on both sides.

2. Wheat peeling

Wheat is wetted with 2-3 kg of water per jin, after 2-3 minutes, the process begins with no water, and the sieve is cleaned when not peeling, usually 1-2 times.

3. Wheat grain

Use dry stripping without adding water.

4. Rice peeling

Replace the 1.1# sieve, adjust the rice knife and the roller 2-3mm to be dry.
